Two Tampa, FL salons, Shear Art Salon and Spa and Mark Alan Salon, have combined operations to enhance client services and employee benefits. Nine Mark Alan hair stylists, including owners Mark and Michelle Levendoski, have relocated to Shear Art’s location and began offering services there on Jan. 4.
